Rules of the campaign "Win 100 bottles of energy"


1. Organizer

1.1. The organizer of the consumer game is Haldja Real Estate Portal (Haldja Labs OÜ).


2. Campaign period and participation

2.1. The campaign lasts until the goal is met: 100 real estate listings added during the campaign period.

2.2. To participate in the campaign, the user must add at least one real estate sales listing to the Haldja.ee portal.

2.3. Adding a listing is free for regular users.

2.4. All users whose listing added during the campaign period is "Active" or successfully "Sold" at the time of the draw will participate in the draw.

2.5. Listings that have been deleted or archived by the user without reaching a sales transaction will not participate in the draw. 2.6. Only private individuals (regular users) can participate in the campaign; brokers cannot participate.


3. Prize and draw

3.1. The prize is 100 bottles of Belief Energy Water drink.

3.2. The prize will be drawn as soon as 100 new listings are published on the portal.

3.3. The winner will be determined by random selection.

3.4. The winner will be contacted by email.

3.5. The campaign is not affiliated with Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram).


4. Other conditions

4.1. The organizer has the right to unilaterally change or supplement the campaign rules and conditions at any time.

4.2. In the event of force majeure (force majeure) circumstances or other weighty reasons, the organizer has the right to unilaterally interrupt or prematurely terminate the campaign.
